JHA offer online assessments designed to facilitate the achievement of the
best possible fit between you and your chosen career path. By obtaining and
analysing objective information on your inherent abilities, traits and
interests, the assessment provides suggestions for career options in which
you will excel and, more importantly, also enjoy.

The assessment is internet based and takes an average of 60 minutes to
complete, we can email this directly to you.

It measures several areas (Behavioural Traits, Occupational Interests and
Thinking Style) to evaluate how an individual fits into a particular career
path. All three areas may be important for some career paths, though
generally only one or two may stand out for a given career match situation.
